Network Solutions: Services and Planning Choices
Review the options below before completing the request form. The existing selections and quote process remain unchanged.
Wired networks and structured cabling
Ethernet cable runs, wall outlets, patch panels, switches, cable management, labeling, and testing. We can review Cat5e, Cat6, or Cat6A needs based on the site.
Wi-Fi and network equipment
Router/gateway setup, Wi-Fi access points, coverage improvements, guest networks, and compatible UniFi configuration. Placement and equipment selection depend on building conditions.
Fiber, bridges, and building connections
Discuss fiber runs, point-to-point wireless links, outdoor connectivity, and connecting multiple buildings where the location and equipment support it.
Troubleshooting and upgrades
Help investigate weak signals, connection drops, speed bottlenecks, equipment faults, and older network layouts; recommend practical improvements.
How to use the network planner
Choose the property type, check the services you want, estimate cable runs and building size, identify existing equipment and indoor/outdoor conditions, then add your location and contact details.
What happens after your request
The selections create a project summary for your email. They are not an automatic equipment order or fixed-price quote. Customer-supplied parts, compatibility, travel, and installation pricing are confirmed before scheduling.
Network Solutions — What Your Project Can Include
Wired network infrastructure
Plan Ethernet drops, Cat5e/Cat6/Cat6A cabling, patch panels, wall jacks, cable routing, labeling, switches, and equipment racks. Select the approximate number of runs and whether the building is existing construction or new construction.
Wi-Fi design and coverage
Request access-point placement, router or gateway setup, wireless coverage improvements, guest networks, and troubleshooting. Specify building size, number of floors, indoor/outdoor coverage, and existing network gear.
Building-to-building and specialty links
Ask about point-to-point wireless bridges, outdoor connections, fiber runs where appropriate, and Starlink network integration. Site conditions, distance, line of sight, and equipment compatibility determine feasibility.
Network reliability and maintenance
Request switch configuration, IP addressing, supported VLAN or guest-network configuration, connection diagnostics, firmware planning, or improvements to existing network equipment.
How to choose options
Use the network planner to select your property type, requested services, cable-run estimate, building size, equipment status, and installation environment. Add project location and details; selections are a quote request, not a final design or price.
Network Solutions — Detailed Service Guide
These explanations help you choose the right options in the project form above. Final scope, compatibility, equipment, and pricing are confirmed in your quote.
Ethernet and structured cabling
Request new Cat5e, Cat6, or Cat6A cable runs for offices, bedrooms, cameras, access points, or other devices. Work can include routing, wall plates, jacks, patch panels, termination, labeling, cable management, and connection testing. Tell us the approximate number of runs and whether the property is finished or under construction.
Wi-Fi coverage and access points
Improve weak or unreliable Wi-Fi by planning access point locations, configuring compatible equipment, separating guest and private networks where supported, and checking coverage. Choose Wi-Fi coverage in the form and describe the building size, number of floors, and problem areas.
Routers, gateways, switches, and network setup
Request help connecting and configuring a router or gateway, network switches, PoE equipment, and compatible access points. Depending on your equipment and project, configuration can include addressing, DHCP, VLANs, guest access, firewall settings, and basic connectivity checks.
Network racks, closets, and equipment organization
Organize existing equipment or plan a new wall-mounted or floor-standing rack, patch panel, shelves, power distribution, and cable pathways. Services may include equipment mounting, clean patching, labeling, and airflow planning. Let us know what hardware you already have.
Fiber and longer-distance connections
Ask about fiber cabling and compatible network equipment for appropriate building or distance requirements. Feasibility depends on the route, environment, hardware, and site conditions. Specify whether the run is indoor, outdoor, or between buildings.
Point-to-point wireless bridges
Connect a detached office, workshop, barn, or other building using a compatible wireless bridge when a suitable path and mounting locations are available. Include approximate distance, obstacles, and whether there is a clear line of sight.
Troubleshooting, upgrades, and ongoing support
Request diagnosis of slow speeds, dropped connections, dead zones, cable faults, misconfigured equipment, or unreliable devices. Existing systems can be assessed for practical repairs or upgrades; remote support and monitoring depend on the hardware and agreed service plan.
How to use the network project form
Select Home or Business, check the network services you need, choose the approximate cable-run count and building size, identify whether you have equipment, and mark indoor/outdoor or multi-building conditions. Add your city or ZIP code and describe any existing problems. The summary can be copied or opened in your email application to request a quote; it does not place an order or submit automatically.

Discuss longer-distance fiber links, wireless building bridges, and connections between separate structures where appropriate.
Racks, switches, and network organization
Ask about equipment mounting, cable management, switch configuration, NAS connections, and small-business network upgrades.
What you can choose on this page
Select home or business, services needed, cable-run range, building size, whether you already own equipment, indoor or outdoor work, and the installation location.
What the buttons do
Your choices generate a project summary. You can email the summary, copy it, or reset the form. Sending a request is not an automatic purchase or confirmed appointment.
How it works
Tell us what you need, what equipment you already have, and where the project is located. We will discuss the job and provide a quote before scheduling.
