Monthly UniFi Monitoring Plans
Choose a monitoring package for your compatible Ubiquiti UniFi system. These are proposed starting rates for review, not an automatic purchase or an accepted service agreement. Your equipment, number of sites and support needs are checked before final pricing is confirmed.
UniFi equipment required. An eligible Ubiquiti UniFi console/controller and compatible managed devices are required. UniFi Protect camera-status monitoring also requires a compatible UniFi Protect deployment. Non-UniFi systems do not qualify for these monitoring plans. Remote access must be authorized by the system owner using securely assigned permissions.

Service is scheduled remote technical monitoring—not continuous live video surveillance, 24/7 staffed monitoring, emergency dispatch, guaranteed uptime, or automatic repairs. Camera video is not continuously watched. On-site work, equipment, travel, repairs, and initial setup are separate. Final scope, availability, payment arrangements, cancellation terms, and pricing require written approval before activation. Kaustin Communication is an independent service provider, not Ubiquiti.

Who qualifies
Monthly remote monitoring is offered for compatible Ubiquiti UniFi systems. A UniFi console/controller and supported managed devices must be available, with authorized access agreed upon before service starts. UniFi Protect camera-status monitoring requires a compatible Protect deployment.
Essential — $29 per month (proposed)
Designed for a small UniFi network: device and network status review, connectivity and health checks, and a monthly summary by email. This is scheduled monitoring, not a 24/7 staffed response service.
Plus — $59 per month (proposed)
Includes Essential-level reviews, weekly scheduled status checks, alert triage and remote recommendations, and a monthly system-health summary.
Complete — $99 per month (proposed)
Includes Plus-level services, UniFi Protect camera connectivity/status review where supported, priority scheduling for remote support, and a monthly network and camera-status summary.
What you can select in the request form
Choose a package, acknowledge the UniFi requirement, select monitoring needs such as gateway, switch, access-point, or Protect status, then specify your platform, site count, preferred service, access readiness, and urgency.
Important limits and enrollment
These prices are proposed monthly service rates, not automatic subscriptions. No payment or service begins through this form. Monitoring does not guarantee outage prevention, emergency dispatch, continuous human surveillance, repairs, or security outcomes. Service scope, access authorization, billing, cancellation, and the written agreement are confirmed before activation.

UniFi system requirement
Remote monitoring is available only for eligible, compatible Ubiquiti UniFi systems. You must already have a compatible installation or request UniFi setup before monitoring can begin. Remote access and permissions must be approved by the customer.
Essential — $29/month proposed
Designed for a small UniFi network: periodic review of available device/network status, connectivity and health information, and a monthly summary by the agreed scope. This is not continuous live supervision.
Plus — $59/month proposed
Includes the Essential scope plus additional agreed status review, alert triage, and recommendations for supported network devices. Exact devices, review frequency, and response expectations are confirmed in the service agreement.
Complete — $99/month proposed
Includes the Plus scope and expanded eligible UniFi Protect camera-system connectivity/status review, where the hardware and permissions support it. It does not include live security-guard services, emergency response, or a guarantee of footage review.

Before service starts
Prices are proposed monthly service rates. A quote, written agreement, approved remote access, supported equipment, and confirmed scope are required before enrollment. Installation, parts, on-site visits, and repairs are quoted separately.

What is not automatically included
These are scheduled technical reviews, not continuous 24/7 human surveillance, emergency response, guaranteed uptime, or unlimited repair work. Camera footage review, dispatch, and hardware replacement are not included unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
How enrollment works
Submit the project summary by email. Eligibility, secure access, exact scope, pricing, billing authorization, and the service agreement must be approved before monitoring begins.
