CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Service Agreement & Sales Policy
We believe in clear estimates, transparent service expectations, and written approval before work begins.
Quotes and authorization
Submitting an inquiry or selecting an online service option is a request for information or a quote, not a purchase or service activation. The scope, price, travel charges, schedule, and any required deposit will be confirmed before work is authorized. Work begins only after the customer accepts the applicable quote and service agreement.
Completed services and final charges
Once authorized work has been completed, charges for that completed service are final and nonrefundable, except as required by applicable law or as expressly provided in the written agreement. This does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Equipment and special orders
Customers generally supply their own equipment and parts unless a written quote expressly states otherwise. Any equipment purchase, special order, deposit, return, warranty, or cancellation terms must be disclosed and agreed to before the applicable transaction. Manufacturer warranties, when available, are separate from service labor.
Monthly monitoring plans
Monthly monitoring is available only for compatible Ubiquiti UniFi systems, subject to an eligibility review and a separate monitoring agreement. The selected plan, monthly fee, start date, service hours, alert and response expectations, payment authorization, renewal, cancellation procedure, and any applicable refund or proration terms will be provided before activation. Monitoring is not emergency dispatch, guaranteed uptime, or 24/7 staffed security surveillance unless expressly agreed in writing.
Scheduling and site conditions
On-site estimates start at $50, with any applicable travel charges confirmed before scheduling. Final pricing depends on the approved scope of work. Additional work or unexpected site conditions require customer approval before additional charges are incurred.
